After completing the other courses in relation to the implementation of the Competency-Based Human Resource Management System (CBHRMS), DepEd Quezon embarked on a new learning journey after undergoing a thorough coaching session last May 31, and proceeded with the course on Competency -Based Assessment on Tuesday, June 1.
Participants in this online course were able to finish sets of sessions on Competency Modelling and Profiling, and Development of Qualification Standards and Job Description through the guidance of Ms. Jocelyn Linsao-Ng, CBHRMS Subject Matter Expert of the Civil Service Commission - Civil Service Institute (CSC-CSI).
The competency assessment course will be followed by Integration of HR System, and series of coaching sessions until July 19, 2021.
