In light of the national government’s effort to accurately inform the general public about the national vaccine deployment plan, as well as the Department’s promotion of the national vaccination drive, the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Quezon province forwards its vaccination campaign for teaching and non-teaching personnel.
The Department has issued the DepEd Task Force COVID-19 (DTFC) Memorandum No. 372, s. 2021 to provide for appropriate guidance among its personnel. As laid out in the Philippine National Deployment and Vaccination Plan (NDVP), the Department reiterates three (3) levels of participation of DepEd personnel, namely: 1) as recipients or beneficiaries; 2) as members of the different task group on vaccination; and 3) as champions for advocacy.
The SDO, through the School Health Section, provides information, education and campaign (IEC) materials on said department-wide immunization project, which are both in the form of accessible print and online resources.
