DepEd Quezon passed the second ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit by the External Auditing Party: Certification Partner Global (CPG) on September 4,2020 .
The said audit aimed to assess whether the processes of each unit were followed and what areas need to improvements relative to the delivery of quality services.
Part of the audit was an orientation vis-à-vis program preliminaries in which the presentation of audit plan (CPG) was delivered for comments, reactions, a nd suggestions of the audit team. Acceptance of the audit plan followed.
The audit proper was divided into three groups. ISO Auditor Leo Salano led the first team focusing on audit of the office of the SDS and ASDS processes.
Simultaneously, the team of ISO Auiditor Glaizelle Sayas assessed the processes of the Curriculum and Implementation Division (CID), Supply department, Learning Resource, and other related offices.
Relatively, the team of ISO Auditor Irene Calantog likewise carried out auditing tasks to the porcessess of the SGOD and other offices.
