The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Quezon province and the DCG Radio and Television Network sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) legally binding the two parties in support to the implementation of the Basic Education—Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP), August 17, 2020.
This partnership endeavor was held at the Division Training Center (DTC), Brgy. Talipan, Pagbilao Quezon, in the presence of both parties and witnesses in anchorage to Republic Act No. 8525, otherwise known as “An Act Establishing the Adopt-a-School Program (ASP) and Providing Incentives Therefore and for Other Purposes. This free airtime in 97.5 MHz Radio City has been provided in relation to the implementation of the SDO Quezon’s Project Dugtong-Tulong para sa Karunungan” which generally aims to form linkages with the private sectors and the local government units for the development of the public education system, particularly during this public health situation. This partnership has enabled the SDO Quezon to save up to Php 350,000.00 worth of airtime until August 30, 2021.
