In preparation for the Palarong Quezon 2023, dancesport teams from different districts of the Division of Quezon conducted floor practice at the 3rd Floor, Pacific Mall, Lucena City, March 4.
According to Maria Donna Cosejo, SSHT VI of the MAPEH Department of Quezon National High School, only floor practice and screening of the competitors have taken place today (March 4) as the elimination and finals will be held tomorrow (March 5) from 10 am to 5 pm.
“We are supposed to have our competition tomorrow pero ngayon kasi ang schedule ng floor practice ng mga participants and at the same time ay preparation for the production na gagawin nila para bukas sa competition so that the sequence will be executed well,” Cosejo stressed.
There will be six judges to determine the winners of the competition: two judges from Unit I, two judges from Laguna and Unit II, one from Unit III and one from Unit IV.
“We have nothing to worry about because they are all licensed adjudicators,” Cosejo added.
The previous three dances have been increased to 5 dances to ensure that DepEd Quezon is ready for the RSC and Palarong Pambansa.
