Despite mews on M/V Mercraft’s mishap, DepEd Central Office (CO) pushed through with the monitoring of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) recipient schools at Polillo district on May 23-27, 2022. The CO team from the office of Information and Communication Technology Services (ICTS) composed of Ms. Margie Facunla, Ms Rachele Ann Velasco, and Mr Danilo Albay II, accompanied by Mr. Rey Valenzuela of the Regional Office (RO) and Division ITO Mr. Wilbert Porteza with District ICT Coordinators and PSDS Leonora Mopera focused on the validation of the face to face classes. Highlight of the monitoring was an assessment on the status of the program particularly on the usage of DCP packages utilizing DCP monitoring tools in the following 23 schools: Polillo CES, Polilio NHS, Sibulan ES, Bigyan ES, Tamulaya ES, Anawan ES, Salipsip ES, Taloung ES, Taloung NHS, Binitbitinan ES, Libjo ES, Pinaglubayan ES, Pilion ES, Canicanian ES, Languyin ES, PNHS Extension, Macnit ES, Pamatdan ES, Bislian ES, Kalubakis ES, Sabang ES, Sabang NHS, Bucao ES. Data on DCP program were gathered such as defective computer units, usability to instructional delivery, and other matters such as best practices, gaps, challenges and preparation for the face to face classes. #
