DepEd Quezon-General Luna District takes first spot in LGU's "Buhay na Kubol" for the Holy Week

 Through General Luna, Quezon’s Tourism Office, different barangays put up 14 stations of the cross during the holy week. DepEd Quezon- General Luna District through Mrs. Anabelle Empleo, PSDS, participated and ranked first place. In the week-long activity, each “kubol” representing the assigned station of the cross was displayed two weeks before Palm Sunday, and was judged based on overall structure and best portrayal on Holy Wednesday. The participating district presented Station 6 (Si Hesus ay Nadapa sa Bigat ng Krus) and won the Maundy Thursday’s final judging and Friday’s re-enactment.
