SMME specialists quality assure private schools requesting for additional SHS strand

 DepEd Quezon through the SGOD-SMME in coordination with Dr. Joan Alejaida Mauhay, EPS in-charge of private schools, commenced with the conduct of inspection of private schools requesting for additional strand in their current Senior High School (SHS) offerings, March 16-17, 2022. SEPS Oscar Duma Jr., together with EPS-II Maria Bernadit Tupas, led the quality assurance of the following schools: 1) Banahaw Technological College Inc., Lucban (applying for Agri-Fishery Arts); Manuel S. Enverga Academy Foundation, Inc., Sampaloc (applying for HUMMS); Saint Peter School Calauag (applying for STEM); and Philtech Institute & Arts Technology, Catanauan (applying for ABM). Inspection was guided by the pre-evaluated documents of said private schools. Recommendations made by the members of the Division inspectorate team will be forwarded to the EPS in-charge of private schools for submission and final evaluation of the Regional Office.
