Guided by the School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT), DepEd Quezon's top management, together with representatives from the different functional units, conducted an inspection of San Francisco, Quezon schools nominated to participate in the Department's expanded limited face-to-face classes, and provided technical assistance as needed. On the first day of monitoring, the SDO covered Don Juan Vercelos Elementary School and Butanguiad Elementary School, including the last mile schools, such as Marcial Villanueva National High School, Casay National High School, Casay Elementary School, Butanguiad National High School, Pugon National High School, Bayog National High School, and Sto. Nino National High School. OIC-SDS Elias Alicaya Jr., OIC-ASDS Gregorio Co Jr., OIC-ASDS Gregorio Mueco, and OIC-ASDS Herbert Perez led the four teams. CID Chief Lorena Walangsumbat, EPS Walter Galarosa, SGOD Chief Elizabeth De Villa, SEPS Gilbert Alva, SEPS Oscar Duma Jr., PDO Arvin Repaso, Engr. Ramir Arbolente, Dra. Marie Antoinette Tesalona, ITO Wilbert Porteza, PSDS Laarnie Gloria, and PSDS Eutiquio Empleo also joined the teams to provide TA on curriculum and governance.
