DepEd Quezon participates in the regional workshop, pre-development, utilization of TA helpline, e-knowledge management

 To develop a system blueprint of technical assistance (TA) helpline and e-knowledge management through which issues and concerns will be resolved, and for more effective communication in the organization, DepEd IV-A CALABARZON conducted a limited face-to-face workshop at Ouan’s Worth Farm, Lucena City, on November 25-26, 2021 (Batch 2). DepEd Quezon was represented by Oscar Duma Jr., Senior Education Program Specialist; Peter Andrew Regencia, Secondary School Principal I; and Liliosa B. Diasanta, Public Schools District Supervisor. This activity was collaborated by the Field Technical Assistance Division (FTAD) led by Michael Girard Alba, Chief Education Program Supervisor; and the Quality Assurance Division (QAD) led by Engr. Edenia Libranda. EPS Eugenio Adrao and EPS Andrea Mabel Abrencillo facilitated the event. In the closing program, SEPS Duma delivered his impression of the workshop and the knowledge management (KM) guidelines in progress, wearing the hat of a TA focal person in the Division.
