Relative to the conduct of the Senior High School - Joint Delivery Voucher Program (SHS-JDVP) 2021-2022 which commenced on November 15, 2021, the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), in cooperation with the Curriculum and Implementation Division (CID), conducted an interface session about the scheduled monitoring activity, November 17. As articulated and required in DepEd Order No. 40, s. 2021 titled Guidelines in the Implementation of the SHS-JDVP for the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Specialization, School Year 2021-2022, the M&E of the said program across the three-phase implementation shall be led by the SGOD in coordination with the respective RO/SDO JDVP Coordinator, School Heads of the recipient public senior high schools and the concerned TVL teachers. The Division JDVP Monitoring & Evaluation Team (DJMET) is divided into four sub-teams led by a CID representative and co-led by an SGOD representative, stated as follows: Team 1- EPS Juanito A. Merle and SGOD Chief Elizabeth M. De Villa; Team 2- CID Chief Lorena S. Walangsumbat and SEPS Oscar R. Duma Jr.; Team 3- EPS Walter F. Galarosa and SEPS Gilbert Alva; and Team 4- EPS Carmela Ezcel A. Orogo and SGOD-EPS Raul R. Agaran. OIC-SDS Elias Alicaya Jr. expressed his support on the joint monitoring of the two functional divisions and ensured the provision of technical support, especially in terms of travelling needs and finances.
