The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Quezon province conducted a meeting on the enhanced Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) of the Division, and on the management of office performance, July 16.
The School Governance and Operations Division - Planning and Research (SGOD-PAR) Section highlighted the important means of verification (MOVs) relevant to the Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRF).
In preparation for the opening of SY 2021-2022 in September, the SDO conducted a review of the implemented LCP in the previous academic year, and integrated the evaluation results and lessons learned in the crafting of the enhanced LCP which was guided by DepEd IV-A CALABARZON’s revised framework and master plan.
OIC-SDS Elias Alicaya Jr. reiterated the significance of responsiveness in the implementation of programs, as well as of flexibility in choosing appropriate learning delivery modalities (LDMs) in the time of pandemic.
The working paper on the enhanced Division LCP was presented to and critiqued by the TM, together with the Division Chiefs and section/unit heads. The following parts were revisited and improved: a) LDMs adopted in schools and learning centers; b) ICLEA framework; c) operationalization; and d) monitoring & evaluation.
Marbin Jeramil Fragata, Planning Officer III, discussed the six-year Development Plan of Quezon Province prior to the formal adjournment of the meeting.
