As part of the quarterly monitoring of the progress of implementation of programs, activities and projects (PAPs) in all functional divisions and sections in the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Quezon province, the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) through the School Management Monitoring and Evaluation (SMME) facilitated the reporting of accomplishments for first quarter of the current fiscal year.
This activity was conducted to showcase milestones and discuss some issues and concerns that affect the implementation of PAPs aligned with the SDO’s strategic directions. It served as a venue for discussion, problem-solving, and collaboration.
OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Gregorio Co Jr., on behalf of the Top Management, provided feedback and recommendations to the presenters. He highlighted the benefits of regular program monitoring, as well as commended the Division Chiefs and section heads on their unwavering dedication and commitment in the implementation of their respective flagship programs, especially in the midst of pandemic.
Planning Officer III Marbin Jeramil Fragata likewise validated in his presentation of the Work and Financial Plan (WFP) those PAPs which were fully implemented in the first quarter, and those which were bumped off due to unavoidable circumstances for reschedule in the coming weeks or months.
It can be recalled that SDO Quezon conducted its Division Strategic Management Planning at Kamay Ni Hesus, Lucban Quezon last November 19-20, 2020.
