To present the progress of programs, activities and projects (PAPs) amidst the pandemic, the Schools Division of Quezon conducted its regular Division Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Adjustment (DMEPA) with the 56 schools districts in the province via Zoom—April 26-30, 2021.
The DMEPA is an institutionalized M&E mechanism that identifies gaps in the implementation of PAPs in schools and learning centers (LCs) on areas of quality, access, and governance; develops needs-appropriate interventions; celebrates milestones and achievements; and shares good practices for adoption or replication.
The presenters were clustered into the following districts: a) Cluster 1—Patnanungan Island, Lucban, Mauban North, Burdeos Island, Panukulan Island, Pagbilao 1 and 2, General Nakar 1 and 2, Jomalig Island, Polillo Island, and Infanta; b) Cluster 2—Sampaloc, Sariaya East and West, Tiaong 1 and 2, Sariaya East, Agdangan, Candelaria East and West, Real, San Antonio, Mauban South, Dolores; c) Cluster 3— Mulanay 1 and 2, Catanauan 1 and 2, General Luna, Pitogo, Macalelon, San Andres, Buenavista 1 and 2, San Francisco 1, and Padre Burgos; d) Cluster 4—San Narciso 1 and 2, Perez, Atimonan 1 and 2, San Francisco 2, Guinayangan North and South, Unisan, Calauag East and West, and Alabat; and e) Cluster 5— Lopez East and West, Tagkawayan 1 and 2, Plaridel, Quezon Island, and Gumaca East and West.

The program was managed by the School Management Monitoring and Evaluation (SMME) section with SEPS Oscar Duma Jr. and EPS-II Maria Bernadit Tupas through the SGOD. As an output, the Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs) also prepared and submitted their Technical Assistance Plans (TAPs).
Being the Division’s first virtual presentation of school/district accomplishments necessitated by the ongoing health crisis, this online activity was a game changer for both the SDO and the PSDSs, which was completed with flying colors.
