QUEZON PROVINCE, January 14, 2026 – The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Quezon successfully hosted the Quality Management System (QMS) Benchmarking Activity of the Schools Division Office of Camarines Sur at the SDO Quezon Library Hub.
The activity aimed to strengthen the alignment of internal processes, promote continuous improvement, and enhance the delivery of quality services through the sharing of best practices in Quality Management Systems.
The program featured key messages from division officials, an overview of DepEd One QMS, and presentations on QMS best practices. Focus group discussions were also conducted among QMS teams, allowing participants to review existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
A total of 58 participants attended the activity, including 15 personnel from SDO Quezon composed of members of the Top Management, QMS Representative, QMS Secretariat, and Team Leaders, as well as 43 participants from SDO Camarines Sur. The benchmarking activity further strengthened inter-division collaboration and reinforced both offices’ commitment to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
