To share relevant research findings that would aid public schools in the implementation of curriculum at the time of pandemic, the 2022 Quezon Educators’ Research Convention (QERC) was held at Quezon Convention Center, Lucena City, March 24. Continuous improvement was the common thrust of the speakers. The studies presented were based on projects implemented by their corresponding researchers: 1) Project S2CALE [Stakeholders Support for Conducive and Alternative Learning Environment]- Maria Danica M. Aguila of San Isidro Elementary School; 2) Project SAM [Sana All Master]- Marvin Rodil of Pinagpalapalahan Elementary School; and 3) Project I-CREATE [Improving Culture of REsearch Among TEachers]- Michaella R. Rada, Aldwin Rea Joe, Victoria Daelo and Richilyn Pagana of Luis Palad Integrated High School. The study “Perspectives and Challenges of Home Learning Facilitators in the New Normal Set-up of Education: Basis for the Development of Manual on Home Facilitation of Distance Education” of John Andolf A. Abairo from Isabang Elementary School – Bocohan Annex led to the creation of a manual for the facilitation of distance education which aims to help home learning facilitators. The event was attended by all school heads, and select teacher companions and administrative officers from schools districts in SDO Quezon, SDO Tayabas and SDO Lucena City. The 2022 QERC was made possible through the constant support of the provincial government of Quezon province which also distributed cash incentives to all participants. +++ Sarah O.
