Lopez, Quezon | February 28 - March 2, 2022 In relation to OUA Memo 00-0222-0041, Jethro M. Dikitanan and Alvin A. Albao, Technical Assistant II of DepEd Information and Communication Technology Service-Technology Infrastructure Division (ICTS-TID) conducted the monitoring of DepEd Resource Planning System (DERPS) II and DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) from February 28 to March 2, 2022. Wilbert B. Porteza, Division Information and Technology Officer I, presented DERPS II, its compliance to OUA Memorandum, utilization of server and the deployment and configuration of DERPS I modules. ICTS-TID representatives, the Central Office Team 2 (2T), were later joined by ITO Porteza and Hector C. Laurio of Division Supply Office for subsequent days of DCP monitoring in Lopez East and West districts, Lopez, Quezon. They were accompanied by the PSDSs, Rejulios M. Villenes and Meilani L. Adan; and the District ICT Coordinators, Jayson F. Luna and Lorie Q. Masaganda. A total of 20 out of 72 elementary and secondary schools were visited, validating the delivery procedures, issues, and utilization. The three-day activity had been successful and issues and concerns for necessary action were gathered. The SDO Quezon’s Top Management headed by the OIC-Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Elias A. Alicaya Jr., through ASDS Gregorio T. Mueco warmly welcomed the monitoring team, thanking the ICTS-TID in its effort to deliver quality ICT infrastructure and services. +++ JAYSON F.
